This is a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen, fully approved by Failte Ireland.

Courses are run by Failte Ireland, VEC, Waterford Leader Partnership, and local demonstrators.

The kitchen is also available for functions held in the Sports hall and is available for funerals.

This kitchen was used for the very prestigious meal served for the All Ireland Pride of place Awards presented by President Mary McAleese. This was a five course meal served by: Eunice Power, Powersfield House & Paul Flynn, the Tannery.
